About IQOS ILUMA i PRIME
IQOS ILUMA i PRIME is the official manufacturer’s premium flagship of the second-generation ILUMA i family. Launched in Japan in March 2024 and rolled out globally through 2024-2025, it keeps the bladeless SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM — induction-heating a stainless-steel susceptor inside each Terea, Levia or Delia stick, so there is no blade, no cleaning and no tobacco residue — and adds the i-series smart layer: a Touch Screen on the pocket charger, FlexPuff with up to 4 extra puffs per session, FlexBattery with Performance and Eco modes, Pause Mode, and Bluetooth pairing with the IQOS app. The anodized-aluminum body wears a textured wrap cover; Midnight Black is one of four core colorways, and internals are identical across the palette.
