Kent is one of the official manufacturer’s flagship global cigarette brands, extended to heat-not-burn as Kent Neostiks — real-tobacco sticks engineered for the glo HYPER chamber. The Neostiks heat tobacco at roughly 240-280°C without combustion, delivering a tobacco aerosol with no smoke or ash. Each pack contains 20 sticks, and a single stick lasts around 3.5-4 minutes or 12-14 puffs per session, depending on the heating mode selected on the device.

  • True Rich — Kent’s flagship tobacco-forward sub-line for glo HYPER, using a thicker stick with increased tobacco leaf for deeper, fuller character. Variants include True Rich Tobacco, True Menthol, True Rich Clear (vanilla) and True Rich Green (muscat menthol).
  • Boost — click-to-activate capsule sticks. Berry Boost and Menthol Boost embed a capsule in the filter that is squeezed during use to release a flavor or menthol burst.
  • Balance / Smooth — moderate-strength everyday tobacco profiles such as Kent Balance, plus historical Smooth Fresh and Bright Tobacco SKUs from earlier glo launches.

Compatibility

Kent Neostiks are designed for the glo HYPER device family: glo HYPER, HYPER+, HYPER X2, HYPER PRO and HYPER AIR. They are not interchangeable with IQOS, lil SOLID, Pulze or Ploom, and they do not fit the newer glo HILO platform, which uses a different RIVO / Virto stick geometry. Early glo, glo Pro and glo Nano devices used a pre-HYPER form factor and are also incompatible.
