About Rivo
Rivo is the official manufacturer’s plant-based stick range, built around a reconstituted rooibos sheet from South Africa’s Western Cape, enriched with high-purity nicotine, glycerol and non-tobacco aromas. Every Rivo stick is engineered for the glo HILO dual heating system — infrared combined with quartz — and shares the same shorter, thicker geometry as Virto so the heating chamber reads each stick consistently. A StickSeal plug at the base keeps loose substrate out of the device between sessions, and an in-filter click capsule lets the user trigger a flavour and cooling boost on demand. Sticks ship in packs of twenty and are manufactured in Poland.

Compatibility
Rivo sticks are designed for the glo HILO and glo HILO Plus devices only. They are not compatible with older glo HYPER, HYPER+, HYPER X2, HYPER PRO or HYPER AIR devices, nor with IQOS, lil SOLID or Ploom platforms — both the HILO-specific stick geometry and the dual infrared and quartz heating profile rule out cross-platform use.
