Fiit
Fiit is the original stick line from South Korean tobacco maker KT&G, built as the dedicated consumable for the lil SOLID device family. Outside Korea, Fiit is distributed by Philip Morris International alongside lil hardware, and it is positioned as a value-tier alternative to HEETS and Terea with a stronger cooling profile in menthol variants and a more intense aroma delivery thanks to glycerin-rich tobacco. The lineup splits into four families: Tobacco (Regular, Regular Sky, Deep, Yellow, Crisp), Menthol (Marine, Alpine, Ice), Fruit-menthol (Roxo, Tropic, Viola, Spring) and the Korea-only Change / Change Up capsule sub-line.

About Fiit
Fiit is KT&G’s heated tobacco stick line, engineered specifically for the pin-heating system used by lil SOLID. Each stick contains glycerin-impregnated tobacco — noticeably more glycerin than HEETS or Terea — which produces more vapour, a fuller aroma, and a more pronounced cooling sensation in menthol variants. Outside South Korea, Philip Morris International distributes Fiit under an exclusive agreement with KT&G, which covers roughly thirty markets across the EU and beyond.
Lineup
- Tobacco (regular core) — pure tobacco blends with no menthol: Regular (balanced medium-strength), Regular Sky (light, close to HEETS Silver), Regular Deep (intense roasted), Regular Yellow, and Crisp (light with a faint sweet edge).
- Menthol — tobacco with cooling menthol; Fiit’s menthol sticks are known for a stronger chill than HEETS equivalents. Includes Marine (intense menthol with toasted tobacco), Alpine (lighter menthol) and Ice (strong menthol blend with a refreshing aftertaste).
- Fruit-menthol / Aromatic — tobacco-fruit blends with light menthol: Roxo (blueberry and forest berries with menthol), Tropic (pineapple and menthol, close to HEETS Tropical Swift), Viola (soft fruit notes) and Spring (balanced tobacco with a fruity accent).
- Change / Change Up — Korea-only legacy sub-line with click-capsule sticks (lemon, yogurt, melon, apple, pomelo); typically not part of the EU assortment.
Compatibility
Fiit is designed for the lil SOLID family: lil SOLID, lil SOLID 2.0, lil SOLID Ez, lil SOLID Plus, lil SOLID Mini and lil SOLID 3.0. It is not the right consumable for lil HYBRID (which uses MIIX), lil ABLE (AIIM), IQOS ILUMA (which requires Terea SMARTCORE sticks), glo HYPER, Pulze or Ploom. Although a Fiit stick physically fits IQOS Originals devices, KT&G and PMI both recommend using Fiit only with lil SOLID — the glycerin-rich blend is tuned for pin heating, not for the blade heater inside older IQOS units.
FAQ
Which devices is Fiit compatible with?
Fiit is the dedicated stick for the lil SOLID family: lil SOLID, lil SOLID 2.0, lil SOLID Ez, lil SOLID Plus, lil SOLID Mini and lil SOLID 3.0. It is not compatible with lil HYBRID (which uses MIIX), IQOS ILUMA (which uses Terea), glo HYPER, Pulze or Ploom.
Who makes Fiit?
Fiit is made by South Korean manufacturer KT&G (Korea Tobacco & Ginseng Corporation) — the same company that produces lil SOLID hardware. Outside Korea, Philip Morris International handles distribution under an exclusive long-term agreement with KT&G.
How does Fiit differ from HEETS?
The sticks share the same physical format, but Fiit is engineered by KT&G for the pin heater of lil SOLID, whereas HEETS is designed by PMI for the blade heater of IQOS Originals. Fiit contains more glycerin, which generally translates into more vapour, a stronger aroma delivery and a more pronounced cooling effect in menthol variants. Several Fiit flavours act as direct counterparts to HEETS — for example Regular Sky pairs with HEETS Silver, and Tropic with HEETS Tropical Swift — usually at a more accessible price point.
