About Fiit

Fiit is the original heated-tobacco stick line developed by the official manufacturer for its lil SOLID device platform. Each stick uses glycerin-impregnated tobacco optimised for pin-heating, where a slim resistive pin warms the tobacco from the inside. Compared to HEETS, Fiit sticks carry a higher glycerin load — that means more vapour, a fuller aroma profile, and noticeably stronger cooling in the menthol blends. Outside South Korea, Fiit is distributed by the official IQOS manufacturer under a long-term exclusive agreement covering some thirty markets across the EU and beyond.

Lineup

• Tobacco — pure tobacco blends without menthol. A tobacco-first profile with light notes of nuts, toast, and roasted leaf. Includes Fiit Regular (balanced medium-strength), Regular Sky (light, the closest match to HEETS Silver), Regular Deep (intense roasted), Regular Yellow, and Crisp (light, slightly sweet).
• Menthol — tobacco paired with cooling menthol. Fiit’s menthol variants are recognised for a sharper cooling hit than their HEETS counterparts. Includes Fiit Marine (intense menthol over roasted tobacco), Alpine (lighter menthol), and Ice (a strong menthol blend with a refreshing aftertaste).
• Fruit-menthol / Aromatic — tobacco-fruit blends with a light menthol layer. Generally a sweeter profile with berry or citrus notes. Includes Fiit Roxo (blueberry and forest-berry over menthol), Tropic (pineapple-menthol, close in character to HEETS Tropical Swift), Viola (soft fruit notes), and Spring (balanced tobacco with a fruit accent).
• Change / Change Up — the original Korean capsule sub-line with click-activated “pop beads” (blue lemon, lemon-menthol, yogurt, Hami melon, green apple, red pomelo). Most of these SKUs stayed on the Korean market and are not part of the European distribution.

Compatibility

Fiit is built for the lil SOLID family: lil SOLID, lil SOLID 2.0, lil SOLID Ez, lil SOLID Plus, lil SOLID Mini, and lil SOLID 3.0. It is not designed for lil HYBRID (which takes MIIX cartridges), lil ABLE / AIBLE (a Korea-only platform on AIIM sticks), IQOS ILUMA (an induction system that requires Terea SMARTCORE sticks), glo HYPER, Pulze, or Ploom.
