About glo Hilo
glo Hilo is the official manufacturer’s flagship next-generation heat-not-burn device and the compact, all-in-one model of the 2025 HILO platform — the generation that succeeds the induction-heated HYPER family. Launched in Japan in June 2025 and rolled out across Europe from late 2025 (Greece, Poland, Italy, Serbia), the device introduces TurboStart Technology: dual quartz and infrared heating that reaches 370 °C in about 5 seconds. At 76 g it is among the lightest premium heated-tobacco devices in the category, pairing an EasyView AMOLED screen with USB-C fast charging, IP54 ingress protection and the myglo companion app. Amber is one of seven gemstone-inspired colorways; internals are identical across the palette.

Which sticks does glo Hilo use?
Hilo accepts only sticks made for the 2025 HILO platform: Virto (tobacco) and Rivo (rooibos-based, non-tobacco). Both feature StickSeal, a sealed tip that keeps loose substrate out of the heating chamber.
How long does glo Hilo last per charge?
A full charge delivers up to 20 sessions, with up to 3 back-to-back sessions before a short cool-down. Charging runs over USB-C with USB-PD support — roughly 40 minutes to 80% and about 90 minutes to full. From an empty battery, the first session is ready in around 3 minutes.
